Senior Quantity Surveyor - Healthcare Projects
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor specialising in healthcare projects, you'll play a key role in managing costs and ensuring value for money on construction projects within the healthcare and life sciences sectors. This position offers the chance to work on impactful projects, helping to deliver vital infrastructure while keeping everything on track financially.

Description
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for healthcare construction projects.
- Provide advice on procurement strategies and contract management.
- Monitor project progress to ensure it stays on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimise project efficiency.
- Prepare tender documents and manage the tendering process.
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including NHS and healthcare guidelines.
- Lead on final account settlements and post-project reviews.

Profile
A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have:
- Professional qualifications such as MRICS or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, particularly in healthcare and life sciences projects.
- Experience in construction project delivery within the healthcare sector, including NHS projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in preparing cost estimates and financial reports.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
