Why join hyTower London?
Help redefine how London's residential towers are delivered.
Residential towers are complex to deliver.
We believe there is a better way.
At hyTower London, part of the employee-owned PCE Group, we bring together intelligent design, engineering, advanced offsite manufacturing and construction within a single integrated delivery model. This helps our clients deliver complex residential developments with greater certainty, better quality and sustainability considered throughout delivery.
As demand for our approach continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to become part of the team shaping what comes next. You'll join a growing, digitally integrated, employee-owned business where your ideas are valued, your contribution is visible and your career can develop alongside the business itself.
This is an opportunity to do more than manage commercial performance.
You'll help influence how landmark residential developments are procured, delivered and continuously improved. You'll work across pre-construction and live delivery, collaborating directly with senior leaders and integrated design, engineering, manufacturing and construction teams.
This gives you the opportunity to understand the complete delivery journey, influence decisions from the earliest stages and see the impact of your commercial judgement throughout the project lifecycle.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
