A global real estate consultancy with a long-standing reputation for delivering complex, high-profile projects across the built environment using cutting edge technology.
Due to continued growth within its Data Centre team, the business is looking for talented individuals from Quantity Surveyor through to Associate to join their teams across the U.K. and Europe. A fantastic opportunity to build a career within one of the industry's fastest-growing sectors, working on technically complex, mission-critical projects.
The Opportunity
You’ll work alongside experienced cost and commercial professionals, providing strategic advice across the full project lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cost planning, estimating and benchmarking
- Procurement and tender strategy
- Contract administration and commercial management
- Cost reporting, forecasting and financial control
- Change management and risk management
- Valuations and final accounts
- Providing commercial advice to clients and project teams
- Building strong relationships with clients, contractors and consultants
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Contributing to the continued growth of the Data Centre sector

The organisation has extensive experience delivering large-scale and technically complex data centre facilities, working with major clients.
Who We're Looking For
We’re keen to speak with surveyors who have:
- Strong consultancy-side cost management / quantity surveying experience
- Experience across pre- and post-contract stages
- A background in Data Centres, Mission Critical, Infrastructure, Industrial, Commercial or similarly complex sectors
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- MRICS status or a clear pathway towards chartership
- The ambition to develop within a specialist and growing sector

Data Centre experience is highly desirable, but candidates from other technically complex sectors with transferable experience will also be considered.
