Senior Quantity Surveyor
£60,000 – £80,000 Depending on Experience
MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
I am currently working with a leading infrastructure and construction organisation that is looking to strengthen its commercial teams with experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors across a number of locations.
These are long-term opportunities for commercially strong candidates with a solid contractor-side background and demonstrable NEC experience.
Current opportunities:
- Peterborough – NEC4 Option C & E
- Woking – NEC4 Option B
- Dublin – NEC4 Option C
- Weybridge – NEC4 Option A
- Essex – NEC Option C

- Strong Quantity Surveying / Commercial experience within contractor-side environments
- Demonstrable experience working with NEC / NEC4 contracts
- Experience relevant to the specific NEC option required for the location
- Experience within infrastructure, construction, civil engineering or related sectors
- A stable career history and genuine interest in a long-term opportunity
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding
- Excellent communication skills
- The unrestricted right to work without requiring sponsorship

These positions require three days per week on site, so candidates should be based within a practical commuting distance of the relevant location.
The NEC experience is particularly important, and candidates should be able to clearly demonstrate the relevant NEC option experience on their CV.
