You will be working in the Infrastructure OU as part of our role in the @one Alliance, where we’re helping Anglian Water deliver a £2.6 billion investment in vital infrastructure. From civil works to water treatment facilities, this programme strengthens environmental protection across the East of England — safeguarding water resources for generations to come.
We are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who will provide commercial management for an allocated area of an @one alliance contract and manage a small team of commercial professionals.
As The Senior Quantity Surveyor, You Will
- Demonstrate the highest levels of commercial integrity and financial self-assurance.
- Commercial management of the allocated area.
- Provide transparent, accurate and timely commercial reporting.
- Adherence to the @one alliance internal governance to satisfy contractual and legal requirements.
- Identifying and delivering commercial process efficiencies, manage financial and commercial risk.
- Foster close working relationships with all key stakeholders including programme delivery and operational teams.
- Line management, coaching and developing commercial direct reports.

We Are Looking For
- Awareness of NEC3 forms of contract, construction and contract law.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experience of Quantity Surveying, data analysis and reporting.
- Experience of managing a team across a matrix environment.
- Commercial acumen
