💧 Looking to play a key role in delivering major Thames Water infrastructure projects?
On behalf of a tier 1 contractor client we are looking for Quantity Surveyors to join its commercial team, supporting the successful delivery of large-scale water and wastewater projects across the Thames Water framework.
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's leading water sector contractors with a strong pipeline of AMP projects and long-term career progression opportunities.

🔧 What you'll be doing
- Managing the commercial delivery of major water infrastructure projects
- Administering NEC contracts, applications for payment and subcontract agreements
- Producing cost reports, forecasts, budgets and valuations
- Working closely with project, design and supply chain teams to control costs and maximise value
🧠 What we're looking for
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within utilities, water, civil engineering or MEICA
- Strong NEC3/NEC4 contract experience
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- Working towards or holding professional accreditation (RICS, ICES or similar)
