Senior Quantity Surveyor – Glasgow
We’re looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join Lithgow Construction Consultants in Glasgow.
This is a predominantly office-based role with limited site attendance. It will particularly suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor who enjoys the technical and commercial aspects of the work and prefers an office-focused environment.
The Role
You will take a leading role in the delivery of projects across all sectors, including:
- Measurement and production of Bills of Quantities
- Cost planning, estimating and cost control
- Tender documentation and procurement
- Post-contract administration including valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Preparation of cost reports and commercial advice

About You
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
- MRICS preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in a PQS / consultancy environment
- Experience of billing and measurement software essential
- Strong technical skills in measurement, costing, and contract administration
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills and a positive team attitude
- Comfortable working primarily from the office
