Senior Quantity Surveyor - Northumberland
£80,000 - £95,000 + Car / Car Allowance + Accommodation + Pension + Benefits
We’re working with a leading Tier 1 main contractor who are looking to bring an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor into their team for a major data centre project in Northumberland.
This is a good opportunity for an experienced QS to join a business working on some of the biggest construction projects in the UK, while also offering genuine opportunities for career development and progression.
The Role
You’ll be working as part of the commercial team on a large-scale data centre project, taking commercial responsibility from procurement through to completion. The role will involve working closely with the project and delivery teams, managing subcontractors, monitoring costs, and ensuring packages are commercially well managed throughout the project.

We're looking for someone with:
- Strong experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor
- A background in major construction projects
- Experience managing commercial packages on large-scale projects
- Commutable to Northumberland
- Right to work in the UK

- £80,000 - £95,000 salary (negotiable)
