As we continue to expand, we are now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and take the lead on Commercial, Hospitality, Leisure, Retail and Super Prime Residential projects.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced, ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead in the expansion of the team, and in the delivery of multiple projects from pre-contract through to final account. This is a client-facing role with responsibility for project leadership, technical output, and supporting junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery from inception through completion, ensuring quality and commercial control
- Produce detailed cost plans, tender documents, and procurement advice
- Oversee and review contractors’ tender returns and cost submissions
- Carry out contract administration, interim valuations, and final accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and design teams
- Manage and mentor junior surveyors, reviewing their work and supporting their development
Requirements
- 4+ years PQS / Cost Consultancy experience (MRICS preferred)
- Relevant commercial and residential sector experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Excellent working knowledge of JCT contracts
- Strong technical skills in cost planning, tendering, and post-contract management
- Ability to manage workload, support others, and deliver to deadlines without compromising standards
- Desire to contribute to a growing, ambitious business
