Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Central London (Near Covent Garden)
Salary: Up to £80,000
Type: Full-time, Permanent

A leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy with offices across the UK is seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Central London team.

The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:

- Prepare cost estimates and budgets
- Manage cost control from inception to completion
- Provide regular financial reporting to clients
- Work on diverse projects across public and private sectors

Requirements
To succeed as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will need:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a Senior Quantity Surveyor role within the UK
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects
- A proactive, resilient, and detail-oriented approach

MRICS preferred but not essential
Salary & Benefits
