Role: Quantitative RAD Developer (C++)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Sector: Elite Buyside Trading Firm
Salary: Up to £140k First Year Comp
I am looking for a Senior Rapid Application Developer (RAD) to join a high-performing technology team within an elite buy-side fund.
You’ll work closely with traders and QRs to rapidly design and deliver high-quality applications and tools, primarily using C++. The role combines strong software engineering with a focus on speed of delivery, usability, and solving complex business problems.

Who You Are:
- Strong commercial experience developing in C++
- Proven ability to rapidly prototype and deliver robust applications
- Excellent problem-solving and software engineering skills
- Comfortable working directly with traders, researchers, and other stakeholders
- Experience in financial markets / buy-side technology highly desirable (not a deal breaker!)
