About the Company

Senior Radiographer – Private Healthcare Setting, Hertfordshire

About the Role

This is a Senior Radiographer position based within a busy private imaging department. The post-holder will deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services across MRI, CT, plain film X-ray, and intraoperative/theatre environments, reporting into the Imaging Lead. Recent knowledge on Siemens machines is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services across MRI, CT, plain film X-ray, and intraoperative/theatre environments.
  • Cover the full scope of radiographic practice — including MRI safety oversight, IV contrast administration, C-arm and fluoroscopic imaging in theatres, and PACS documentation.
  • Carry supervisory and leadership responsibilities.
  • Deputise for the Imaging Lead when required.
  • Support the development of junior staff and Imaging Assistants.
  • Demonstrate flexibility across a seven-day service.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years' post-qualification experience.
  • Current HCPC registration.
  • A BSc or Diploma in Radiography.

Required Skills

  • Competence across the full scope of radiographic practice, including MRI safety oversight, IV contrast administration, C-arm and fluoroscopic imaging in theatres, and PACS documentation.
