Senior R&D Tax Consultant
London | On-site
Strong base salary + commission + benefits
Don't stagnate!
You're doing everything right. You're recognised as one of the strongest consultants in the business, you're delivering great work and your clients value you, but somehow that next step in your career still hasn't happened.
Sound familiar?
This is an opportunity to join a well-known and highly respected consultancy where you can continue developing your career, take on greater responsibility and actually have some influence over where that career goes.
The business is in an exciting phase of growth and development, but the culture remains highly collaborative. You'll be surrounded by people who want to work together, share knowledge and help each other succeed, whilst still being challenged to learn and develop.
And importantly, there's no one-size-fits-all career path. If you want to move into people management and build a team, there's a path for that. If you'd rather become a strong Manager of your own portfolio and continue developing your technical and commercial expertise, that's equally valued.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
