About The Role
Hargreaves Lansdown PLC is looking for a highly skilled Senior React Native Developer to join its dynamic team in London. This role is pivotal in leading the development and maintenance of the company's mobile application platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the mobile apps are reliable, secure, and performant across various devices and operating systems. As a senior member of the team, you will mentor junior engineers, influence architectural decisions, and uphold best practices in mobile development. The role involves close collaboration with product managers, designers, and backend developers to create innovative features that enhance user experience while adhering to stringent security and fintech compliance standards. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mobile app development, particularly with React Native. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required. Proven experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications is essential. Familiarity with modern development tools, version control systems, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is expected. Experience working within the fintech sector or with financial data security standards is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset are necessary to thrive in this role.
Responsibilities
As a Senior React Native Developer at Hargreaves Lansdown, your key responsibilities will include:
