Some Main Responsibilities
- Providing legal advice across a broad range of real estate matters and client solutions.
- Building strong relationships with the clients to develop and deliver multidisciplinary solutions.
- Leading and project-managing transactions and client matters through to successful completion.
- Mentoring, supporting and developing junior team members.
Key Requirements:
- 5 years PQE experience in corporate and/or transactional real estate
- Strong track record of complex real estate transactions and meaningful deal experience
- Experience advising repeat clients, ideally across investment, development and asset management matters
- Established market profile and strong client relationships, with relevant contacts across the target client base
- Entrepreneurial and commercially minded, with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Comfortable working collaboratively other parts of the business
