Our client, a dynamic and utterly collaborative boutique Investment firm, is looking for an experienced and polished Receptionist.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Working Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm
- Acting as first point of contact and ambassador for the firm at all times
- Meeting and greeting clients and staff, providing a highly personable and warm welcome
- Managing AV/VC equipment & set-up
- Managing meeting rooms including the Boardroom
- Working with/covering for the Office Manager with regards to Facilities support/Building Management
- Ensuring that all client venue areas, spaces and meeting rooms are immaculate at all times
- Helping to coordinate events
- Managing post, courier, supplies, liaising with vendors
