About the team
The Property Services team at OSB Group is the organisation’s first point of contact — the people who create a professional, welcoming, and well-run environment for colleagues, customers, visitors, and partners. They manage reception, facilities coordination, visitor experience, and day-to-day office operations so the rest of the business can focus on specialist lending and customer service.
What you will be doing?
As a Senior Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to work as part of a small and supportive team in a busy and ever-changing environment.
The Property Services support team provide an efficient and effective office administration and facilities service whilst providing a first-class reception service with exceptional front-of-house standards.
Please note - this is a fixed-term contract for a period of 12 months.
Your responsibilities will include…
- Providing efficient and professional front-of-house, being the first point of contact for all customers.
- Responding to the flow of day-to-day enquiries that come into the shared inboxes and compile grammatically correct emails to the business.
- Raising Purchase orders as required to ensure payments for the Property Services Team are made in a timely manner.
- Taking responsibility for all incoming and outgoing post, including recording special delivery items and timely distribution to the Group.
- Being responsible for building security by controlling access to visitors and contractors, signing in and out procedures and maintain a daily audit trail of access cards.
- Maintaining a good level of refreshment supplies in kitchen/tea point, ensuring that they are neatly stored.
- Providing administrative support, completing tasks and ensuring relevant documents/spreadsheets are updated accordingly, to assist with compliance reporting within the department.

We offer a base salary dependent on experience and location between £27,500 - £30,000 and a competitive benefits package:
- 30 days annual leave
- Choose to contribute 3% or 5% pension, with employer contributions of 6% or 8% respectively

Do you have the skills?
We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience and knowledge set out below:
- Previous experience in a busy Reception or Customer Service facing role is essential.
- First Aid or Fire Marshal certification and DSE training is desirable
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Advanced skills in respect of written Communication Skills are essential
