Senior Recruiter – Saudi Arabia | Self-Employed – UK

Remote – UK Based
Self-Employed / Independent Contractor
£500 Monthly Retainer + Performance-Based Commission
100% Delivery Focused | No Business Development

TalentHive is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our delivery team on a self-employed basis, supporting a major recruitment programme for one of our key clients in Saudi Arabia.

Our client is a large, diversified Saudi group operating across industrial, infrastructure and supporting services, with operations spanning multiple business units across the Kingdom.

This is a pure recruitment delivery role. There is no business development, client acquisition or requirement to generate vacancies. We already have the roles — your focus is finding, engaging, screening and delivering high-quality candidates.

Earning Potential

The role provides a guaranteed £500 monthly retainer, with significant additional earning potential through commission on successful placements.

  • £500 guaranteed monthly retainer
  • Average performers can earn up to an additional £1,500 per month in commission
  • Top performers are typically earning an additional £2,500–£3,000 per month in commission

This means a strong recruiter has the potential to earn £2,000 per month, while top performers can achieve total monthly earnings of approximately £3,000–£3,500 including the retainer. We have a significant pipeline of recruitment requirements over the next six months, so there will be plenty of opportunity for someone who can consistently identify, engage and deliver the right candidates. Your earning potential is directly linked to your delivery and successful placements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
