About the Role
We are looking to add a Senior Recruiter to our team! In this role, you'll directly impact our growth by targeting, recruiting, and closing top talent across our General Business and GTM functions. Reporting to the TA Regional Manager, you will partner with business leadership and hiring managers to understand organizational goals and the talent needed to achieve them — with a continued focus on candidate experience, process efficiency, and building Remitly's brand as an employer of choice. This role is based in London and requires onsite/hybrid presence.

You Will
- Provide consultative partnership to hiring teams, building sourcing strategies and workforce plans for General Business functions (e.g., Finance, Operations, Legal, HR) and GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success)
- Develop a robust pipeline of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
- Manage an effective interview process and participate in interview training across the business
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting across a variety of General Business and GTM functions
- Apply knowledge of the competitive landscape and data-driven insights to build effective recruiting strategies
- Manage to hiring goals, measure output, and iterate to drive continuous improvement
You Have
- 7+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on General Business and/or GTM functions across EMEA & APAC.
- A track record of successful, multi-year full-cycle recruiting results
- Experience building relationships and partnering with executive leaders
- Strong sourcing skills and a demonstrated record of hiring results
- Closing ability, with experience closing candidates for senior-level roles
- Experience leading and facilitating meetings that drive positive business outcomes
- Experience leading and contributing to global recruiting projects
