We are looking for a Senior Recruiter (6-month Fixed-Term contract) to manage full-cycle recruitment across a diverse portfolio of functions, including Tech, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing. You will act as an autonomous talent advisor, partnering directly with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire exceptional, diverse talent to drive our mission forward.
Responsibilities

- Strategic Stakeholder Advisory: Partner closely with department leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements, educate and persuade partners on talent market dynamics, and deliver data-informed hiring updates.
- Targeted Sourcing & Process Adaptation: Proactively source and engage passive, top-tier talent using multi-channel strategies, adapting and modifying sourcing frameworks to solve complex pipeline roadblocks and build diverse candidate pools.
- Structured Assessment & Selection: Exercise sound judgment in evaluating candidates, adapting assessment techniques to accurately measure both technical competencies and cultural alignment across technical and non-technical domains.
- Exceptional Candidate Experience: Serve as an authentic ambassador for GoHenry’s employer brand, shepherding candidates through an inclusive, transparent, and seamless hiring journey.
- Schedule Interviews: Collaborate with hiring teams to schedule interviews for candidates as they move through the interview pipeline with teams.
- Process Excellence & Peer Guidance: Maintain ATS data integrity, ensure compliance with UK employment laws, and guide or mentor junior TA team members/coordinators during focused hiring sprints or shorter project initiatives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
