Reports to: Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition

A quick snapshot

As a Senior Recruiter supporting Conga across EMEA, you'll manage end-to-end hiring for a broad range of functions, with a particular focus on Go-to-Market (Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and related functions) and SaaS talent acquisition.

You'll serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, partnering closely with stakeholders to define hiring strategies, identify top talent, and drive successful hiring outcomes. You'll combine strong recruiting execution with market expertise, stakeholder management, and a consultative approach to hiring.

You'll also help shape recruiting strategy, mentor team members where appropriate, improve recruiting processes, and elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience across multiple countries and functions.

As a Senior Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in helping the business attract and hire exceptional talent while providing market insights, strategic guidance, and a high-touch recruiting experience.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and workforce planning discussions through sourcing, screening, interview management, selection, offer negotiation, and close.
  • Lead recruitment efforts across Go-to-Market functions, including Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Professional Services, and other strategic business areas.
  • Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers as a trusted advisor, influencing hiring strategies and talent decisions.
  • Build role-specific sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent communities, referrals, direct outreach, and other relevant channels.
  • Create and maintain high-quality talent pipelines, including proactive engagement with passive candidates.
  • Leverage knowledge of SaaS talent markets to identify and attract top-performing candidates.
  • Provide regular pipeline updates, market intelligence, talent trends, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders and Talent Acquisition leadership.
  • Deliver structured, respectful, and timely communication to candidates throughout the process.
  • Coordinate effectively with People Partners, Finance, HR Operations, HRIS, compensation partners, and other stakeholders to support approvals and offers.
  • Use Greenhouse and other recruiting tools accurately, maintaining complete and reliable candidate and requisition data.
  • Apply inclusive hiring practices, help reduce bias, and support structured and equitable assessment processes.
  • Identify process gaps and contribute practical improvements, templates, and scalable recruiting practices across the team.
  • Represent Conga’s employer brand consistently and professionally in every candidate and stakeholder interaction.
  • Support and contribute to Talent Acquisition projects, process improvements, and best practices across the EMEA recruiting organization.

What You Bring

  • Several years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for Go-to-Market functions within a SaaS or high-growth technology company.
  • Strong experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders as a trusted advisor.
  • Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates through direct outreach and talent mapping.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches and changing business needs.
  • Clear, professional communication skills and a candidate-first service mindset.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system, ideally Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Working knowledge of inclusive recruiting practices and structured interviewing.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
