About the Role
We are looking for a driven, talented individual to join our successful legal finance recruitment team in Pentagon Talent.
Responsibilities

Candidate management
- Take ownership of candidate pool generation through targeted advertising, networking through LinkedIn and other relevant professional media sources
- Generating both business leads and referrals for yourself & your team
- Effectively registering candidates to build candidate talent pipeline, ensuring all aspects of candidate care, both prior to & post placement, are delivered to Pentagon Talent's standards - ensuring continuity of communication & best in class service

Business Generation & Client Management
- Self-motivated to generate new business through sales outreach, positively grows both personal and the Pentagon Talent brand
- Prioritises business opportunities, develops relationships with clients to ensure repeat business secured
- Consistent client engagement - conducting effective meetings, proactively seeking service reviews
- Consistently meeting set deadlines
- Develops specialist knowledge of chosen sector
- Delivering end to end consultancy service, exceeding client and candidate expectations.

Qualifications
We hire for potential - you may be an experience legal finance professional or an experienced recruiter - we will work with you to develop your skills and career in recruitment
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team
- Proficiency in using technology for recruitment purposes & engaged with AI developments
Pay range and compensation package
Bespoke, competitive basic salary based on experience, plus a market leading uncapped commission scheme paid monthly, with annual bonus opportunity.
