Senior Recruiter

London (Hybrid) | Consumer Health Sector

Our client is a leading and well-established consumer health organisation, recognised for delivering trusted products that support the health and wellbeing of millions of consumers worldwide. With continued investment in growth and innovation, they are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team and help attract exceptional talent across key business functions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing hiring strategies, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience within a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse range of professional, specialist, and operational roles. Working closely with hiring managers and business leaders, you will provide expert recruitment guidance, build strong talent pipelines, and develop sourcing strategies that support the organisation's growth ambitions.

This role offers a blend of strategic talent acquisition and hands-on recruitment delivery, providing significant stakeholder exposure and the opportunity to make a real impact on business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of functions and seniority levels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and advise on effective hiring strategies.
  • Develop and execute direct sourcing initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
  • Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and assessment activities.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Utilise market insights and recruitment data to support hiring decisions and improve recruitment effectiveness.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Ensure recruitment activities are compliant with relevant employment legislation and company policies.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes.

About You

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in agency, RPO, or in-house recruitment, ideally operating at Senior Recruiter level.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple recruitment campaigns across a variety of business functions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing channels.
  • Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation capabilities.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage and influence stakeholders and candidates alike.

Desirable

  • Experience recruiting within consumer health, FMCG, healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or other regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of current talent market trends and sourcing strategies.
  • Experience working within a global or matrix organisation.
  • Exposure to employer branding, talent mapping, and workforce planning initiatives.
