Senior Recruiter – Design
£40,000–£50,000 + uncapped, no-threshold commission and bonus | London (hybrid, 2 days in office)
Found By Few has built one of the strongest specialist recruitment brands across Product and Design in the UK and Europe. We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to join and help lead our established Design desk.
This is a genuinely warm opportunity. Design is one of the biggest revenue-generating areas of the business, with an established client base, strong repeat business and a fantastic reputation in the market.
You'll be joining a desk with a solid foundation already in place, giving you the opportunity to focus on what great recruiters do best, building trusted relationships and growing existing partnerships. There's also plenty of room to grow. As the desk continues to develop, there's scope to build your own profile within the Design community, take on more responsibility and progress into a leadership role.
Why you'll love working here
We believe great people do their best work when they're trusted, supported and given the freedom to work in a way that suits them.
- You'll get hybrid working with two days a week in our Brixton office, access to the latest recruitment technology and a genuinely collaborative, supportive working environment.
- You'll also benefit from a strong, uncapped, no-threshold commission structure plus an additional bonus, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, mental health support and regular training.
- No unnecessary agency pressure, just a great environment, the tools to succeed and plenty of opportunity to earn and progress.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- We're focused on quality, outcomes and client relationships, rather than measuring how many calls you've made or CVs you've sent.
