The Role

Key Accountabilities
What you’ll do:
- Apply your Early Careers & Campus experience to support the client with their Early Careers hiring
- Use your skills to drive forward Early Careers hiring and candidate engagement
- Collaborate with the client and senior stakeholders
- Drive improvements in the Early Careers team through your strengths in Emerging Talent
This is a permanent role based 4 - 5 days per week at the client site in Birmingham.
Skills & Requirements
- Demonstrated ability within Early Careers & Campus hiring
- Strength in stakeholder management & engagement
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strength in presentation and facilitation, event management, organization, managing conflicting priorities, problem-solving, and strategic thinking around large processes
- Ability to use effective communication skills with the ability to negotiate with and influence others and be clear, engaging and professional in written communications
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Demonstrated success in leading process improvement, operational excellence, and transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders across recruiting, operations, and business functions.
