Alchemy is looking for Senior Recruiters "Global Talent Alchemists" to join our international recruitment solutions teams.
We’re looking for skilled 360 global recruiters, with impressive billing history, drive, creativity, determination, and ambition.
Equipped with the latest technology and offering a hybrid working structure, you’ll have all the tools to make magic.
Position responsibilities include:
- Managing a successful 360 recruitment cycle
- Developing new international client business in existing and emerging markets
- Client account development, maximizing service delivery potential
- Providing global recruitment solutions across key locations not limited to; APAC, USA EMEA
- Managing complex recruitment processes
- Managing and mentoring a team.
