Craft’s London business is set for its biggest year yet - and we’re hiring a Senior Recruiter to help lead our next chapter of growth.
Since 2014, we’ve been recruiting elite talent for the most ambitious design and creative studios in the world.
We partner with design-focused businesses and well-known brands, finding them talented people with expertise in core disciplines of creative, strategy, and client services.
The role
You’ll step into a warm, growing desk - backed by trusted relationships and an enviable client base. Working closely with our London Directors and senior counterparts, you’ll take ownership of briefs across the brand and design landscape - with a focus on strategy, client services, agency growth, and leadership roles.
Our goal is for every recruiter at Craft to build a deep, defined specialism. We’ll work with you to hone, simplify, and grow a market that breeds success and scale.
You won’t be expected to arrive as a finished article. But you will be someone who’s drawn to expertise - who wants to understand a market properly, and who brings energy, consistency, and commercial edge to a team that’s moving fast.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
