About the Role

As a Senior Recruiter for our client, you will be accountable for:

  • End-to-end recruitment process. You will independently take over parts of the recruitment process for white collar workers.
  • Your core tasks include intake calls with our client and autonomous candidate selection, screening applications and conducting telephone and/or video interviews.
  • Provide detailed documentation of selection decisions.
  • Assist candidates and managers during the hiring process, handling offer and contract administration.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for contingent labor, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are completed. Ensuring the candidate complete all requirements in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to foster strong relationships with contingent workers, enhancing their experience and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Coaching and counseling candidate if/as needed.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with contingent labor to address any questions or concerns and provide ongoing support to ensure job satisfaction.

  • 5 years plus end-to-end Recruitment experience (full life cycle)
  • Experience with security clearance and/or experience in recruiting for the defense industry
  • Previous experience of direct sourcing using professional networks and social media
  • Customer-focused background
  • Self-assured yet friendly manners and outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Reliable working methods, enjoyment of working with a high degree of autonomy
  • You are open to hybrid working: 1-2 days/week in the office in UK, Yeovil
  • Professional-level proficiency in English is required
