The Role

You'll be responsible for developing and managing relationships with General Contractors and Construction professionals across the United States.

Working within one of the world's strongest construction markets, you'll recruit senior-level professionals including:

  • Project Managers
  • Superintendents
  • Estimators
  • Preconstruction Professionals
  • Executives

You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from winning business through to successful placements, while building long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has at least 3 years recruitment experience in any sector
  • Is commercially driven and ambitious
  • Wants to maximise their earning potential
  • Enjoys building long-term relationships
  • Is motivated by working in a high-performance environment
  • Wants genuine progression rather than simply another billing role
  • Is excited by international travel and working with clients across the United States

Construction recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential. What matters most is attitude, ambition and a desire to build something exceptional.
