The Role:
At AMS, we focus on skills, potential, and the ability to grow. We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to support Kingspan who brings strong expertise in stakeholder management, end to end recruitment, and insight led hiring, and is motivated to deliver real, measurable hiring outcomes.
Operating across EMEA & UK&I, Kingspan is a global leader in high performance insulation and building envelope solutions, with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and energy efficiency. The organisation is driving ambitious growth across the region, creating a dynamic and fast paced hiring environment where talent plays a critical role in enabling business success.
This role follows a hybrid working model and includes regular visits to our client's office in Hull, UK.
What you’ll do:
- Lead end to end recruitment processes by applying your expertise in managing hiring activities from briefing through to offer
- Use your proactive sourcing skills to identify, engage, and build pipelines of high quality talent through direct search, networking, and market research
- Apply your assessment and decision making skills to deliver high quality, engaged candidate shortlists with clear and informed recommendations
- Apply your relationship building skills to develop and strengthen partnerships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
- Use your interviewing skills to conduct thorough and structured candidate assessments
- Identify process improvements by applying your problem solving and continuous improvement mindset
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and proactive engagement
- Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience by using your communication skills to provide regular updates and transparency
- Apply your attention to detail to produce accurate management information and maintain recruitment systems
- Deliver results by using your organisational and performance management skills to meet SLAs, KPIs, and team objectives

Skills & Requirements:
Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes while partnering directly with Hiring Managers and senior business stakeholders.
Previous recruitment experience supporting manufacturing, construction, engineering, building materials, industrial, or technical functions is highly desirable.
Strong capability in proactive sourcing, including direct search, headhunting, talent mapping, Boolean search, and building pipelines for hard-to-fill technical and operational roles.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trusted, long-lasting partnerships with candidates, stakeholders, and colleagues.
Full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to act as a trusted recruitment advisor, providing market insights, influencing hiring decisions, and managing stakeholder expectations.
Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and a practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, constantly evolving recruitment environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of delivery.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities across multiple roles and business functions.
A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach, identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment outcomes and deliver an exceptional hiring experience.
