About the Role
We're searching for a passionate Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This exciting role directly impacts candidate experience while managing internal stakeholders across the hiring process. You'll leverage your industry knowledge, sense of urgency, and ability to sweat the details to help us evolve how we connect talented humans to career opportunities at Remitly. You'll accomplish this by partnering closely with recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, interviewers, and the broader People Team. You will be a Remitly brand ambassador throughout the candidate experience journey. This will be a hybrid role based in our London office.

You Will
- Be highly organised and excel at working with both external candidates and internal hiring teams.
- Support interview scheduling across EMEA, APAC, and beyond (screens, interviews, and debriefs).
- Manage high-volume requests that require handling complex calendars and multiple time zones, including coordinating any travel details and office tours for in-person interviews.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and thrive on the challenge of helping to build a team of exceptional people.
- Be a candidate experience champion and support employer branding events.
- Flexibility to support People team objectives, where required.
You Have
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a recruiting coordinating role, or a scheduling-heavy role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: You're approachable, resourceful, and bring a positive, customer-focused mindset to every interaction.
- A global mindset and experience in working with global teams is highly preferred.
- Experience with Workday and scheduling tools to track and monitor the recruitment process.
- Organisational and interpersonal skills, to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Excel, reporting, and tracking.
