Recruitment Consultant – US Technical Market 🇺🇸
Northwich, Cheshire | Hybrid | Up to £45,000 base + uncapped commission
We’re growing the US team here at Delve Search and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us at our HQ in Northwich.
We are an established specialist recruitment business with a strong reputation within technical recruitment, and we're now going through an exciting period of growth.
If you already know your way around recruitment, enjoy building relationships and want the opportunity to work with some genuinely interesting technical businesses across the US – while having the opportunity to earn well through a lucrative commission structure – this could be a great next step!

We're looking for someone with technical recruitment experience who can come in, make an impact, follow an effective process and ultimately build something of their own within the team.

You might currently recruit within Engineering, Manufacturing, Technology, Electronics, Semiconductor, Scientific or another specialist technical market.
What matters most is that you understand recruitment, you're commercially minded, enjoy picking up the phone and having conversations, and understand the importance of building strong relationships and working to company values.
What will the role involve?
You'll work closely with technical businesses across the US, managing the recruitment process from the initial conversation all the way through to placing the right person. You'll be responsible for:
- Managing and developing existing client relationships
- Building new relationships and winning new business
- Sourcing and engaging with technical candidates
- Canvassing good candidates out to market
- Taking detailed job briefs and understanding what clients really need
- Managing vacancies from start to finish
- Negotiating offers and closing placements
- Building your own network and reputation within your specialist market

Due to the time difference in the US, you will be required to work 3 days a week on a late start/finish to make sure your time is optimised speaking to candidates and clients.
