Senior Recruitment Consultant / Head of Permanent Recruitment | Life Sciences
Remote Based (UK)
£45,000 Base + Up to 35% Commission + Future Equity

Our client is an investor-backed life sciences recruitment start-up that has enjoyed an exceptional launch in the contract market. With strong financial backing, an established client base and real billing momentum, they're now looking for an experienced recruiter to build, lead and grow the permanent recruitment division.
About the Role
As Head of Permanent Recruitment, you'll have the autonomy to shape the desk, influence business strategy and, as the division grows, build and manage your own team.

What We're Looking For
- Proven 360 recruitment experience within the Life Sciences market.
- Strong billing track record across the UK, Europe and US markets.
- A commercially driven recruiter who enjoys winning business, building relationships and generating revenue.
- Someone with the ambition to build and grow a division of your own and act as a co-owner in a scale-up business.
