Are you an experienced recruiter looking to build something from the ground up in one of the UK's fastest-growing sectors?

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant within Impact Energy Partners, you'll play a key role in connecting specialist talent with organisations driving the transition to a greener future. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing start-up environment backed by the strength, stability and resources of Commercial Services Group.

This role would suit an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a passion for business development, account management, and candidate engagement. You'll have the opportunity to build your own market, develop long-term client partnerships, and shape the future success of a growing renewable energy recruitment business.

Who we are

Impact Energy Partners is part of Commercial Services Group (CSG), one of the UK's largest local authority-owned trading organisations, operating businesses across education, energy, IT, procurement, HR, and more.

Impact Energy specialises in connecting skilled professionals with organisations across the renewable energy sector, supporting businesses that are helping deliver the UK's net zero ambitions. Backed by over 15 years of sector expertise and the wider reach of CSG, we're building a business with purpose, impact, and exciting growth potential.

Why this role matters

You will play a key role in helping renewable energy businesses attract the talent they need to deliver major projects and support the transition to a low-carbon future.

This is a role where relationship building, commercial awareness, and recruitment expertise are essential, with responsibility for developing new business opportunities, growing talent networks, and delivering an outstanding recruitment experience to both clients and candidates.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
