Senior Recruitment Consultant

London | 3 days in the office | Sustain Talent Consulting

At Sustain Talent Consulting, we work with some of the most interesting technology businesses and organisations across the UK and Europe. Our world is software engineering, Data, Cloud, AI and digital transformation. We help leading organisations build the technology teams they need to deliver ambitious projects and transformation.

We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with proven 360 recruitment experience within the technology sector, who is ready to take ownership of a specialist market and continue building strong client and candidate relationships.

This is a great opportunity for someone who already understands how to win, manage and develop business, while delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across technology markets.

You’ll have the freedom to develop your market, build long-term client partnerships, manage full recruitment processes and play a visible role in the continued growth of Sustain Talent Consulting.

What will you actually do?

You'll take ownership of the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development and client management through to candidate sourcing, process management, offer negotiation and delivery.

You’ll bring experience recruiting within the technology sector, ideally across areas such as Software Engineering, Data, Cloud, AI or digital transformation. Experience hiring across Europe would be a bonus, but your ability to develop strong markets and trusted relationships is what matters most.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
