Recruitment Consultant - General Insurance Desk - Scotland
Are you an experienced Recruiter with a track record and want to join a high-performing team with one of the most recognised names in the UK insurance recruitment market?
At IDEX Consulting, we've been supporting clients and candidates in the General Insurance market for over 20 years, building long-term relationships with brokers, insurers, MGAs, and loss adjusters. Our consultants are true specialists, giving you a platform to succeed with the backing of an established brand, a strong client portfolio, and a collaborative culture.
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team to takeover and develop a warm desk within the insurance market with a focus on Scotland. This is a 360 role with immediate access to existing client relationships, live roles, and candidate networks—giving you the platform to generate revenue from day one, while continuing to grow and develop your own desk. You don't need to have insurance recruitment experience—but you need to be a well-established recruiter who is keen to learn a new sector!
