Senior Recruitment Consultant – Property recruitment in Solihull
It’s time to be part of something exciting.
Deverellsmith is entering an exciting period of growth in the Midlands, and we’re looking for an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Solihull team.
This is more than just another recruitment role. You’ll be joining at an exciting point in our growth plan, with the opportunity to help shape and develop our Midlands presence from the ground up.
You’ll be working closely alongside a Director with 15 years’ experience within the property recruitment market, giving you the opportunity to learn from an established leader, build your network and play a key role in growing the business.
The role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of your own client and candidate relationships, combining business development with high-quality recruitment delivery.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Building and developing strong relationships with property clients and candidates.
- Winning new business and developing existing accounts.
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement.
- Sourcing and engaging high-calibre candidates across the property sector.
- Becoming a trusted recruitment partner to your clients.
- Managing your own desk, pipeline and revenue targets.
- Playing an active role in the growth of Deverellsmith’s Midlands operation.
- Working closely with an experienced Director and ambitious wider team.

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is commercial, driven and relationship-focused, with previous recruitment experience, ideally within the property industry.
You'll ideally have:
- Proven recruitment experience, preferably within property, real estate or a related sector.
- A track record of business development and winning new clients.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A genuine desire to build long-term client and candidate relationships.
- Ambition to progress and increase your earning potential.
- A resilient, proactive and entrepreneurial approach.
