Senior Recruitment Consultant – Industrial Division
Location: London Bridge, London
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Office Based
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission & Benefits

As we continue to expand, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Industrial Division based at our London Bridge office.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant who wants the freedom to develop their own market, maximise their earning potential and build a long-term career with a business that rewards success.
You'll have full market autonomy across the UK, allowing you to identify opportunities, win new business and grow your own portfolio of Industrial clients while being supported by an experienced management team and a market-leading commission structure.

The Role
As a Senior Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Winning new business and developing long-term client relationships across the Industrial sector.
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development through to candidate placement.
- Building and expanding your own client portfolio across the UK.
- Recruiting temporary and permanent Industrial staff.
- Negotiating commercial terms and securing recruitment partnerships.
- Managing vacancies from initial brief through to successful placement.
- Delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Working towards ambitious sales and growth targets while developing your own desk.
What We're Looking For
To be considered for this opportunity you must have:
- Previous 360 Recruitment Consultant experience.
- A proven track record of winning new business.
- Experience recruiting within one or more of the following markets:
- Industrial
- Facility Management
- Maintenance
- Hospitality
- Logistics
- Production
- Manufacturing
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A motivated, ambitious and target-driven approach.
- The desire to grow your career within a business that genuinely rewards success.

- Competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000, depending on experience.
- Uncapped commission paid up to 25% flat.
- £5,000 annual forecast bonus.
