Salary: £27,500 - £35,000 DOE + uncapped commission
Full-time | Sheffield | Office-based for first 3 months, then hybrid (1-2 days WFH)
Driving licence required (large geographic patch)
We're expanding our Engineering & Manufacturing specialism and looking for an ambitious recruiter to take ownership of engineering recruitment across the North of the UK. This is an opportunity to join a profitable, high-performing team with established clients, strong leadership, and genuine progression opportunities.
What you'll be doing:
- Building and growing your own Engineering & Manufacturing recruitment desk.
- Developing strong client relationships while actively identifying and winning new business opportunities.
- Sourcing and placing high-quality engineering talent across a thriving regional market.
- Collaborating with experienced colleagues across the North to maximise opportunities and deliver outstanding results.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to placement and aftercare.

Who We're Looking For
- An experienced recruiter, ideally within Engineering, Manufacturing or a related technical market.
- A strong business developer who enjoys building client relationships and winning new business.
- Commercially focused with a track record of delivering results and managing a successful desk.
- Motivated by career progression and the opportunity to make a real impact within a growing team.
- Full UK driving licence preferred due to the geographic coverage of the territory.
