Senior Interim Finance Desk
£38,423 - £45,000 + uncapped commission

We're looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our established Finance Recruitment business, specialising in Senior Interim Finance appointments across the South East.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a specialist market focused on some of the UK's most dynamic and investment-led sectors, including Technology, AI & Data Centres, Life Sciences, Defence, Infrastructure, and Private Equity-backed businesses.
Based on a strategic investment into the desk, you'll have the opportunity to build a focused proposition, develop a highly valuable network, and establish yourself as a recognised market expert.
You'll have the opportunity to recruit for a range of high-impact interim positions including:
- Interim CFO
- Interim Finance Director
- Interim Head of Finance
- Finance Transformation Director
- Interim Financial Controller
- Senior Finance Business Partner
- ERP & Systems Implementation Leaders
- Transformation & Performance Improvement Specialists
You'll be operating within some of the most exciting sectors in the UK economy, including Technology, AI, Life Sciences, Defence, Infrastructure, and Private Equity-backed organisations, where demand for senior finance expertise remains consistently strong.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
- Building and growing a specialist Senior Interim Finance desk across the South East.
- Developing relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, investors, and senior business leaders.
- Sourcing, engaging, and managing high-calibre interim finance professionals.
- Delivering consultative recruitment solutions to clients operating within STEM and PE-backed markets.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement and account management.
- Building a strong market presence through networking, referrals, and thought leadership.
- Identifying opportunities within finance transformation, acquisitions, integrations, and business improvement projects.
This role would suit an experienced recruiter looking to operate within a senior-level market, develop a specialist proposition, and build long-term client relationships within high-growth sectors.
