Experienced Education Recruitment Consultant – Staffordshire
Fully Remote | Three-Month Basic Guarantee | 50% Commission Thereafter
Elite Supply Services is looking for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to manage and develop our growing Staffordshire desk.
Elite is already well established across Staffordshire, with long-standing school relationships and new opportunities created through our appointment to the GCA/CCS RM6376 framework as an approved Lot 1 provider.
We have also secured places on a number of Multi-Academy Trust Preferred Supplier Lists. With demand increasing—particularly across primary schools—we are looking for someone with the experience, local knowledge and relationships to take ownership of this growing area.
The package
- An agreed basic income for the first three months while developing the desk
- Transition to a self-employed, commission-only model after the initial three-month period
- 50% commission on the net gross profit generated
- No upper limit on earnings
- Fully remote working

- Opportunities generated through the GCA framework and MAT Preferred Supplier Lists
- Payroll, invoicing, compliance and administrative infrastructure
- CRM, candidate onboarding and timesheet systems

The role
You will be responsible for managing and growing a education recruitment desk across Staffordshire, including:
- Developing relationships with schools and Multi-Academy Trusts
- Managing existing Elite relationships and new framework opportunities
- Generating and filling temporary, long-term and permanent vacancies
- Recruiting teachers, teaching assistants and other primary education professionals
- Sourcing and registering suitable candidates
- Managing bookings and providing a responsive service to schools
- Maintaining accurate candidate, client and booking records
- Working within Elite’s safeguarding, compliance and framework procedures

To be considered, you must:
- Have minimum 2 years proven experience in education recruitment
- Have strong knowledge of the Staffordshire education market
- Understand the staffing requirements of primary schools
- Be confident developing new business and managing established accounts
- Be capable of independently running a successful recruitment desk
- Have strong relationships with Staffordshire schools, candidates or both
- Be motivated by building your own desk and earning a substantial share of the profit you generate
This opportunity would suit an experienced consultant who wants greater freedom and earning potential without the cost and administrative burden of establishing an education recruitment agency from scratch. Following the initial three-month basic period, this will become an independent self-employed consultancy opportunity.
