🚨 Senior Recruitment Consultant – Life Sciences | Bishop’s Stortford

We’re working with a highly specialist, boutique Life Sciences recruitment business that is looking to add an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to its growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants the autonomy and earning potential of a boutique recruitment business, without the layers of management, bureaucracy and red tape that can come with a larger agency.

🧬 The business

The business specialises exclusively within Life Sciences, partnering with a broad range of clients across the sector and supporting them with highly specialist recruitment solutions. They operate across Retained Search, Contract and Contingent Permanent recruitment, meaning you’ll have the opportunity to work across different recruitment models and build genuinely consultative relationships with clients.

The business has built its reputation around quality, specialist knowledge and long-term partnerships, rather than simply chasing volume.

They’re now looking to bring in an experienced recruiter who can help continue that growth.

🎯 The role

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll be operating as a true 360 recruiter, with responsibility for developing your own client portfolio, winning new business and managing the full recruitment process from initial approach through to placement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
