SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
Coulsdon, Surrey
Daksta is growing, and we're looking for experienced 360 recruiters who want to take their career, earnings and market ownership to the next level.
We specialise in Mission Critical Construction across the US, with a major focus on the rapidly expanding Data Center Construction market.
It's a sector seeing huge levels of investment, creating significant demand for specialist construction talent. For our recruiters, that means access to high-value roles, major projects and a market with serious long-term growth potential.
The Role
- You'll take ownership of a specialist desk within the US market, building relationships with both clients and candidates while developing into a genuine expert in your space.
- Full 360 recruitment
- Business development and new client acquisition
- Building and developing your own specialist desk
- Becoming an expert within your specific market
- Building long-term client and candidate relationships
- Thorough candidate and vacancy qualification
- Working towards clear activity and revenue targets

- Proven ability to develop client and candidate relationships
