Senior Recruitment Consultant
Belfast, Northern Ireland
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000
Anson McCade is looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our team here in Belfast and help strengthen our position as the Leading Specialist Technology Recruitment Consultancy in Belfast. Working in the ever-changing Technology Market, our consultants are go-to market experts. We work with incredible clients from FTSE Top 50 Companies to brand new industry breaking start-ups across mainland UK, Europe and the island of Ireland.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the success of the end-to-end recruitment process, from developing effective talent attraction and sourcing strategies, to developing credible relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers. You will work as part of a wider team, collaborating with various business functions to ensure a great candidate experience and effective recruitment strategy.
What will you be doing?
The recruitment consultant role is extremely varied. Some key responsibilities will include:
- Winning new clients as well as nurturing relationships with existing clients
- Working with clients to build recruitment strategies to help grow their businesses
- Senior-level headhunting to find the best candidates
- Using creative flair to write engaging adverts and attract candidates
- Screening applications and matching the right candidates to the right vacancies
- Researching and mapping the market as well as keeping up to date with industry trends

Do you have what it takes?
For this role, previous recruitment experience is desired. You will also need to be:
- Confident, articulate, and excellent at communicating and building meaningful relationships
- Ambitious to succeed and hungry to advance your career
- Resilient - recruitment can bring incredible highs but it includes a lot of hard work and the ability to bounce back and learn from setbacks.
- Driven and goal focussed, this is a fast-paced and competitive industry

Qualifications
- You’ll be degree educated or have built success in a telephone-based or field-based sales role.
- Ideally have 18+ months of previous recruitment experience in an agency environment.
