Senior Recruitment Consultant | US Fintech | London/Hybrid | £35,000 - £45,000 + 30% comms
You’re good at winning clients. So why are you still spending half your week searching LinkedIn for candidates?
If the bit of recruitment you actually enjoy is opening doors, developing relationships and turning one vacancy into a proper account, this role gives you more time to do exactly that.
You’ll focus on winning and growing fintech clients, particularly across the US. Once you’ve opened the door and qualified the role properly, you’ve got an established delivery team behind you to help find the candidates and manage the process.
That means less time disappearing down sourcing rabbit holes and more time doing the thing that actually grows your desk - talking to clients.
There’s a decent platform behind you too. The business has been recruiting internationally since 2017, reporting more than 1,000 placements across 32 countries. You’re not being handed a laptop and told to build credibility from nothing.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
