Are you an experienced 360 Principal Recruitment Consultant looking for greater autonomy, strong earning potential and the opportunity to build a specialist desk within an established, investment-driven market?
The railway, bus and wider Transportation sector is undergoing significant investment, creating sustained demand for specialist talent across engineering, rolling stock, station management, customer service, facilities management and passenger services & presentation operations.
We’re expanding our presence within this market and are looking for a recruiter who wants to take ownership of a specialist desk, build strategic client relationships and play a key role in growing a successful recruitment division.

About the Role
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you’ll operate a full 360 desk, managing both business development and candidate delivery across predominantly contract-based recruitment opportunities. You’ll work with rail operators, bus companies, contractors and transport providers, developing long-term partnerships and delivering specialist recruitment solutions.
You’ll be supported by an established team, experienced leadership and the infrastructure of one of the UK’s leading engineering and infrastructure recruitment businesses, giving you the platform to build a high-performing desk with genuine long-term earning potential.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven success building specialist recruitment desks
- Strong 360 recruitment experience
- Commercial mindset with the ability to win and grow client relationships
- Experience within technical, engineering, infrastructure, operational or Transportation markets is beneficial but not essential
