Senior Education Recruitment Consultant | London / Flexible

£40,000 - £55,000+ Base DOE | Uncapped Commission | Sign-On Bonus

recseekers is working with an established Education recruitment business looking to add experienced consultants to its London team.

SEND, Secondary and Primary desks are available, with warm business, established school and academy relationships and Gold Standard MAT partnerships already in place.

The business has invested heavily in the platform around its recruiters. You’ll have access to the latest AI recruitment software, a custom-built state-of-the-art CRM and a dedicated compliance team and system designed specifically around the demands of Education recruitment.

There’s also established access to GCA and managed-service relationships, Lot 1 and Lot 2 opportunities, PSLs and frameworks, giving experienced recruiters plenty to work with from day one while retaining the freedom to develop their own relationships and market.

It’s an adult environment where experienced recruiters are trusted to perform. You’ll have autonomy over your desk and working week without unnecessary micromanagement, backed by the technology, compliance and operational infrastructure to let you concentrate on recruiting and developing clients.

We’re open on level, but you’ll need previous Education recruitment experience and a track record of generating GP, developing school relationships and building a successful desk. Whether your background is SEND, Secondary or Primary, there’s an established market available to step into and build further.
