Remote
to £40,000 + uncapped commission
The Opportunity
We are recruiting an ambitious Senior Recruiter to join a thriving consultancy whose expertise lies in the commercial and professional services markets. They are looking for an experienced career recruiter to develop business within either a commercial or professional services niche. This will suit a proven, consultative expert who is looking for flexibility and to work with like-minded individuals.
The Role
- 360 recruitment across either a commercial or a professional services sector.
- Building long-term relationships with employers and candidates across your chosen specialist sectors.
- Sourcing and headhunting talent at all levels.
- Setting up and growing a profitable, niche specialist desk within your chosen discipline.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, providing market insights and benchmarking to your network.
