Senior Recruitment Consultant
SSA Recruitment are a leading Construction Recruitment Company with the head office in London and a number of global offices in Canada, US, Ireland, UAE & Australia. We pride ourselves in building close relationships with clients and delivering on their needs.
We are now looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our business to work within our London office. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven recruiter who is looking to make their mark on the sector with real training & support from senior management within the business. We currently have multiple warm desks across civil engineering and consultancies that will suit an experienced recruiter looking for a long-term career.

The position:
Your daily routine would be hugely varied but the core duties would include:
Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
- Liaising with clients to identify their recruitment needs
- Advertising and handling the response
- Meeting with candidates & clients
- Presentation of suitable candidate CVs for your client
- Negotiation of employment offers, and issuing contracts to candidates
- Attending networking events
