Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a 360-recruitment desk across the Buildings & Real Estate market.
- Developing existing client relationships and winning new business.
- Recruiting senior professionals across an existing Huntsman desk (PM or QS) or establishing a new desk within Real Estate or Construction.
- Managing the full recruitment process from initial approach through to placement and aftercare with both clients and candidates.
- Building your own network of clients and candidates within your market using our CRM, LinkedIn, and own network.
- Creating a personal brand aligned with the Huntsman ethos.
- Operate confidently in a data-driven business.
- Contributing to the wider business where applicable.
- Supporting and mentoring junior consultants.
What Makes A Huntsman Employee:

- Hybrid working – 3 days per week in our North West London office and 2 days per week working from home
